Family University

Family U is a model that was developed many years ago in the Katonah-Lewisboro District to address quality of life issues that are of concern to families. What distinguishes this model is that parents and their middle and high school children attend the evening together during which they go to presentations either together or separately, and share a light supper. This model has been modified to meet changing needs but continues to be a viable way to give information to parents and students about important topics. Family U is held every year in the Bedford Central and Katonah-Lewisboro Districts.
